Refund policy


    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    • All prescription and makeup sales are final, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these products.
    • Non-Prescription Products may only be returned within (30) days of the initial purchase if unopened or if the customer has a reported allergy.
    • All returned products will be converted into a credit which may be used against future products or services. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
